To fulfill your purchase requests, our platform requires you to supply personal identifiers at the checkout stage, including your full name, email address, physical delivery location, and contact number. You agree to provide current, accurate, and complete information for all transactions conducted at our storefront.

In strict compliance with the PDPO, we process this data solely to execute your order and manage our business relationship with you. Providing fictitious names, false contact numbers, or incomplete shipping coordinates constitutes a material breach of these terms. We reserve the absolute right to cancel any transaction or restrict website access if we detect fraudulent or inaccurate data submission.

3. Shipping Protocols, Logistics, and Buyer Responsibilities

Our shipping framework is built around structural clarity and transparency, aligning entirely with our public delivery statements:

  • Cost Structure: We provide complimentary transport for all orders across Hong Kong. No surprise delivery fees or administrative surcharges will be applied during checkout.

Successful delivery remains dependent on the data you enter. You must review your shipping coordinates before finalization. Homiventru assumes zero liability for lost parcels, delivery delays, or additional logistics expenses arising from inaccurate addresses provided by the buyer.

4. Order Cancellation Clause

We recognize that circumstances can change after an order is placed. You possess the right to cancel your transaction without incurring penalties under a specific operational condition.

  • Cancellation Window: You can cancel an order only until it has not been shipped from our facility.
  • Operational Deadline: Because our dedicated internal processing and packaging phase takes exactly 1 working day, you must submit your cancellation request within this 24-hour buffer before the item is handed over to our local courier networks.

Once an item leaves our warehouse and enters active transit, the cancellation window closes permanently. If your cancellation request arrives after dispatch, you must wait for the package to arrive at your destination and subsequently follow our standard return framework. 5. Settlement Mechanisms and Cash on Delivery (COD)

To build deep consumer trust and maintain operational transparency, Homiventru utilizes Cash on Delivery (COD) as our singular payment methodology. We do not integrate digital payment gateways, credit card processing units, or online wallets into our storefront.

  • Doorstep Transactions: You agree to settle your balance in physical cash at the precise moment the courier presents your package at your designated location.
  • Refusal of Delivery: Refusing to settle the cash balance upon package arrival without a valid justification (such as clear external parcel damage visible before opening) is considered an abuse of our service. We track delivery refusals and reserve the right to block future service to individuals who repeatedly exploit the COD mechanism.

6. Return, Replacement, and Bank Transfer Reimbursement

Our return architecture accommodates logistical anomalies while protecting our business operations. The following terms govern all product reversals:

  • Timeline: You have a 30-day window from the exact date of doorstep delivery to request a return.
  • Qualifying Scenarios: Returns are strictly restricted to products that arrive damaged during transit or items that represent an incorrect delivery mismatch.
  • Retrieval: Accepted returns enjoy a complimentary, scheduled courier pickup organized around your personal convenience. We do not charge restocking fees or return penalties.
  • Review Phase: Returned decorative items undergo a physical inspection at our warehouse lasting 1 working day.
  • Exchanges: If your claim is corroborated, we will offer an exchange, provided the specific item is currently in stock.
  • Refund Payouts: Because our storefront utilizes COD, all corroborated refunds are issued through manual bank transfers. We will request your local Hong Kong bank details via email. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the banking details you supply.
  • Processing Speeds: We initiate the transfer within 1 business day following data corroboration, but the funds may require 9 to 10 business days to reflect in your account balance, depending entirely on your banking institution.

7. Compliance with Search Engine Guidelines and Advertising Standards

This website strictly adheres to Google Ads policies regarding transparency, consumer protection, and prohibited business practices. We do not engage in deceptive advertising, bait-and-switch tactics, or the misrepresentation of our inventory.

We do not employ tracking technologies to harvest sensitive personal details, ensuring a completely safe, substantiated environment for online consumers.

8. Data Privacy Architecture and PDPO Adherence

We share minimal contact data with our designated courier partners solely to execute physical transport and verify delivery at your doorstep.
