Processing Timelines and Parcel Prep

Every item from our interior design collection requires specific preparation before it leaves our facility. Once your purchase is finalized on our digital storefront, we dedicate exactly 1 working day to internal fulfillment tasks. This specific timeframe allows our warehouse staff to perform essential quality assessments on fragile items, substantiate transaction details, and wrap your ornaments securely to prevent transit damage.

Orders do not leave our facility on the exact day of purchase, as this dedicated 24-hour turnaround ensures absolute accuracy in fulfillment. We appreciate your patience during this brief substantiation and preparation phase.

Logistics, Travel Windows, and Cost Structure

We operate exclusively within the borders of Hong Kong. We do not offer cross-border or international transport services at this time, allowing us to focus our full attention on local fulfillment efficiency.

• Transport Pricing: Every delivery across Hong Kong is completely free of cost. There are no hidden fees, threshold restrictions, or surprise add-ons calculated at checkout. The price you see for your decorative item is the final amount required to bring the piece to your doorstep.
• Transit Duration: Once your package is handed over to our local courier partners, transit requires between 1 to 2 working days.
• Total Expected Timeline: When combining our 1-day internal preparation period with the 1-to-2 days of active transit, your total timeline stands at 2 to 3 working days from the moment of order confirmation to final arrival.

Please keep in mind that our operations, along with those of our courier partners, run on working days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in Hong Kong). Purchases finalized over weekends or during public holidays will enter our fulfillment system on the subsequent business day.

Accuracy of Buyer Information

Successful fulfillment relies heavily on the quality of the information you provide. Buyers must ensure that a complete, precise, and accurate destination address is typed into the designated fields during checkout. This includes specific room numbers, floor levels, building names, estate names, and district indicators.

Inaccurate address entries cause significant delays, lost parcels, or return-to-sender scenarios. Homiventru cannot accept responsibility for delivery hitches resulting from incomplete or wrong addresses provided by the buyer. If you spot a mistake in your submission, immediately alert our inbox at decor@homiventru.com so we can attempt to adjust the courier paperwork before dispatch.

To ensure seamless logistics, we must collect specific personal items at checkout, including your name, physical address, email, and telephone number. In strict compliance with the PDPO of Hong Kong, this data is gathered solely to execute your order. We share your address and telephone number with our third-party courier partners exclusively for physical delivery purposes and package coordination. These partners are legally bound to respect your data rights under the PDPO and cannot utilize your information for external marketing.

We do not use your private delivery records, coordinates, or contact numbers for behavioral advertising or digital profiling.
